Held at Silikin Village from 28 to 30 April 2026, the COORDIS platform roll-out workshop brought together IT specialists and technical focal points from contributing institutions to align AML/CFT data collection, quality assurance, submission and reporting arrangements. Over the course of three days, discussions focused on the end-to-end data workflow, priority indicators, pilot reporting templates, institutional roles and responsibilities, and a full simulation of the data processing cycle within the platform.
The discussions were highly productive and underscored the quality of the tools already developed by COLUB’s IT team, while also helping to identify a number of practical enhancements aimed at making the reporting templates more comprehensive and better aligned with the operational realities of contributing institutions.
The Chairperson of COLUB visited the working sessions to encourage participants and reiterate the strategic importance of this activity for the effective roll-out of COORDIS. At the close of the workshop, participants recommended that bilateral engagements with each institution be continued and that, with support from the TRANSFORME Project, the technical and logistical conditions required for users to effectively contribute to the platform be further strengthened.
